Ever since 1.5 came out I've had a CTD as soon as I clicked start on the skyrim launcher.
I tried everything up to completely uninstalling everything and manually deleting all leftover files and then running it completely vanilla.

Turns out that all I had to do was delete my amd application profiles and now everything works just fine again, including all the mods.
