Does anyone know what the recommended Intelligence (with Educated but not with Comprehension) someone would need in order to max about 7 skills? I can't find this info anywhere.

Comprehension isn't that great 3 vs 4 skill poins

I'd say 5int to start would be fine and if you can get the intel implant around 11-14 or even level 1 if you run for it
6 is perfect... 10/9 intel only for people who don't know what they re going to do

Besides 15sp @ 6int. Vs 17sp @ 10int (both with educated @level 4). That is 5 missing special points at first
