Interior Cave Not dark enough?

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 8:23 am

Okay so I have literally been up since 2 in the morning working on this mod, first one mind you, and I am one step away from being done and the interior of the cave isn't dark, granted there is light sources but they have been minimized and even taken out once but the cave still is pretty bright.

Here are some screen shots:

I figured Realistic Lighting would take care of it but guess not. I am honestly dead tired haha. So yeah, must be something I am missing.

Did you look at the ambient lighting of your cell? Right-click on your cell in cell view, >edit, then look at the lighting and directional ambient lighting tab. Also make sure the fog is not too bright or your cave will be lit up in the distance.

Oh wow thanks, I completely missed that in the tutorial. Thanks. Mods can feel free to close this thread and after I fix this I'm going to be lol.
