It seems the only way you can get a working LOD is to create interior cells, as done in Moonpath to Elsweyr. Problem is, while Moonpath adds some pieces for use in interiors, they're not a modder's resource, and they're likely to be very limited in scope.

That's why I was hoping someone would pick this up, and create a resource for those of us who can't make our own meshes and textures.
