Invisibility screws up eye textures.

The invisibility effect after fading screws up my custom eye textures. If I use any other shader on the character the eyes remain proper. However if I add invisibility, once it fades, the eye textures become warped. As if the texture isn't properly placed.

Any suggestions?


EDIT: Is there a way to make the player invisible to NPCs without having the effect/shader on the character?
