I have an invisible interface when trying to hack computers and access my pip-boy. Anybody else having issues with this?

Oh, and sometimes when I have my gun un-holstered the arms of my character raise and appear in the middle of the screen. When that happens I can't see anything because the arms are in the way.

The flailing arms is a well known bug that pretty much everyone is experiencing. The blank monitors and pipboy bug is much, much rarer. I even thought they ironed it out with one of the patches, because I never heard complaints about it anymore, but I guess they didn't. Just to make sure, the pipboy was transparent, right? Not bright green? Because the bright green pipboy glitch has an easy fix (turn the pipboy light on and off), but I don't know of any fix for the glitches I think you're describing.
