Well, seeing as how the world may just as well end up like the way it is in the Fallout universe, then things like the NCR Veteran's armor may prove more than practical. So does anyone have an idea as to where to get anything similar to what the Rangers use? Doesn't have to be a replica, but look similar and have similar uses.

This is what the Rangers use according to the Vault (wikia):

• Low-light gas mask
  
• Rodeo Jeans
  
• LAPD Riot Control armor
  
• German helmet?
  
• Trench coat/duster

I think any attempt to help you shop around for this stuff is going to be considered a commercial/advertising post and close the topic. Some minor advice though, I don't know of anything that might be called a "low light gas mask". Your best bet would be to get a mask that works together with NVG. There's plenty of stores that cater to people who want to buy tactical and survival equipment, you shouldn't have any trouble putting together a suit which is comparable in *performance*. The visual style will be harder to match.
