Iron sights not lined up properly

I tested this on a character with full stats in Guns. Weapon sway was taken into account, but could not be justified enough.

Firstly it is possible to make the crosshair show up in iron sights mode if you first go to third person mode-->aim-->hold aim and go back to first person mode while holding aim.

This way I noticed that while standing the crosshairs were too high making long range headshots impossible to do.
While crouching however the crosshairs are perfectly alligned where they should be.

I made 4 pics to show what I mean:

Lucky while crouching:

The modded weapon had it's sighting node perfectly aligned by me (pic while crouching says enough.

Yes I know I'm using a different crosshair, but I've also tested this with other crosshairs including the vanilla one and many other weapons.
Furthermore I also tested this with all my mods off and the problem still persisted.

Yes wehttp://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/FalloutNV2010-12-2221-39-26-82.jpg It dose that to original weapons and cross hairs. There is a fix for that but I don't need it.

If there is a fix for that, would you be so kind as to tell me where to get it?
