she shows up right after you finish story in her yacht which is large enough to house a small army. . .first how would she know unless she had a hand in planing them from the start do you think Chen has the smarts to plane full scale invasion with low resources with advance equipment and Intel.

Well in this scenario the Resistance actually has a good chance to win. They may be starving or sick, but that's even more reason to be bloodthirsty. By the way it's looking from battle of the ark, the outside world is going to be taking over the ark.
