First, I want to say that I meet recomended requirements for this game so that's definetly not a problem, I also have newest drivers, added FalloutNV to exceptions in ffdshow, dl'ed .dll file, ran it on compatibility with WindowsXP(SP3) but it still won't work!

The problem is that when I want to start the game it just ctd before any intro or menu appears, what else can I do? Spent a lot of hours on searching tips how to fix this, found quite a lot but nothing worked so far, so please help me. ;_;
