i just started up my game and loaded my latest save only to find under effects in the pip boy i have effects from items i have never even used

the effects in question-enclave power armor [+1 strength +15 rad resistance]
gannon family tesla helmet [-1 charisma +5 rad resistance]

now i have never even went near arcade gannon on my current char and i do not really like "new" old enclave armor so i have never used it

is there any way i can get rid of these effects like console commands etc.

please this is extremely annoying any help is appreciated

update:now all armor effects are stacking up and i cant get rid of them!! =[

could someone please help this is starting to ruin my game
