6 items of armour is possible

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 7:35 am

Hi there folks  Thought I`d share this for the benefit of people who may not realise you can actually equip 6 pieces of armour at one time.I fancied creating a character who wore a full set of Falmer armour, and it was then I discovered you can achieve 6 items - not 5 like I thought was the limit  Its all to do with the Falmer helmet: It can be worn on top of a dragon mask or a circlet!! So basically you have 2 items of headgear worn at once :woot: allowing you a total of 6 armour slots if you choose to use a shield.Falmer armour can be upgraded by using - Chaurus Chitin.
The idea of being able to wear 2 pieces of headgear is very tempting I must admit, but I kind of fancy going for the - rare imperial closed helmet,to go with the Falmer gear,as it would make the build look more Spartan/Roman gladiator like I reckon.I`ll go with a Ravager build using dual swords to compliment the armour, and throw in Elemental fury and Slow time to beef up her attack  Anyhow, just thought I`d share this with everyone, hope it helps open a few doors :tes:

make that 7. At the end of the thieves guild, you get a necklace which is classified as light armour.

I use it for crafting, you end up with 6 pieces of equipment for crafting, 2 for the head( fortify alchemy ), armor( fortify smith ), gauntlets( fortify alchemy and smith ), ring(alchemy and smith ), necklace( alchemy and smith ) and away you go creating super potions and smithing super stuff

Yes,you`re right,it is exploiting a glitch,I may not use it to be honest,as I would prefer to use the imperial closed helmet  so I`d still be using the normal 5 items.

If you like light armor Penitus Oculatus helmet works too. I think it was intentional.
