Do items with percentage buffs stack?

If I have two items that decrease the cost of destruction spells do they stack? ie... head item 25% and ring 25% - cost is now 50% less? Do items with +regen percentage also stack?

Yes they stack. Testing this out would also eadily confirm if it works or not

yes. Get to 100% and all spells are free.
