I had been dreading the NCR rangers coming for me because they vilified me but my 3 days were up and I was just waiting for death.
I looked and in distance were about a dozen men 6 NCR and 6 Legion they came up to me and said bla bla bla time to die and they all started attacking eachother obviosly because they were rivals. They slowy killed eachother off and I just Had to take care of the crippled surviving ones . I had simulated what would happen by saving the game when the NCR came to have words and trying my best to take care of them but it never worked . So i was fairly lucky when this happened .

A similar thing happened to me, it was early on in the game and I'd become vilified by Caeser's Legion, I arrive at 118 Trading Post, I turn around and the Assassins are on there way. Due to me being at a pretty low level I ran into the Trading Post in hope that the NCR folk would help me out. They did

Had they ran into me in the middle of the Mojave I would have been [censored].

On mine i didnt even know i was vilified by the Legion as far as I knew I was on there side .

Ranger Assaults on me did not have much effect. I just Power Fisted those svckas and killed them in 2 punches, Veronica killed the weak one with one punch.

I killed Vulpes early on for his helmet... Soon after, I was invaded by the Legion assassin group. I ran into ranger station charlie, and I'll be damned. He finished them all off with his Caravan Shotgun.

Well I was with Cass and She was Absolutely useless I think I even knocked her unconcious Because she kept running into my gunfire .
