Ok my barbarian Nord warrior Isildur joined the Legion. I am supposed to meet Legate Rikke and some men somewhere before we go to get the Jagged Crown...

However I can't find her anywhere inside Solitude and shes not outside. I cant even find a gathering of any men?

They should already be at the location, if you open your quest log and activate the quest, the quest marker will point to your quest location.

Im at the site where the crown is but I dont see Legion Soldiers or Rikke anywhere...down the stairs its full of Ulrics men and if you go too far inside they attack you....

Where is Rikke?

PS it was marked on my map but it was so far south east I couldnt see it on my screen till I moved the map.


PPS Still cant see Rikke

They should be waiting somewhere near by ready to make an attack, like I said before, the quest marker will lead you to them

They are closeby, take a look at the questmark on your detailed map and it should be easy to find them.

I found them...I guess Im just not used to the compass thingy across the top of the screen they were quite a distance away from the site.

We fought our way inside and Im in a room which has a circular metal grate in the middle with a couple of wooden planks over it.

Rikke stops there and asks me to find a way to open the next door. She asks me over and over if I can see a lever anywhere. Ive looked on the walls and floor....gone around in a circle 3 times even looked in the middle cant find a pull chain or lever?????

If it's the room I'm thinking of.

Go up above there's a switch on a wall somewhere, to be honest the puzzles in this game aren't rocket science, there's always something nearby which is easy to find.

Ok I looked for a floor lever and right near the gate.

Also the first puzzle in there is not hard...the one to unlock the rings and use the claw. I got it first time without checking any websites lol...A first for me...when you consider the possible combinations that was very lucky.

All the claw doors have the code on the claw, open the menu look for the claw and zoom in on it, the symbols are shown on the palm.
