I did not follow Ralof at the start of the game and, even thoughb I have joined the Stormcloaks, Ralof is not in the group on the "Jagged crown" Quest.

I therefore wondered if any one knew...

A) How can I get Ralof to appear

or

If I hand over the crown can I get it back later by killing Ulfric when he is no longer an essential character.
