jagged shadows on character only

Post » Wed May 30, 2012 7:00 pm

So, I don't have problems with any of the other shadows--on objects and the ground they look fine. However on my character they are jagged and blocky. Does anyone know how to fix this? Here is a screenshot for reference: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/imageshare/image.php?id=55010

Most of the other topics I have read have only dealt with shadows on the ground or from objects. Help is appreciated

Hey...

I have the same problem...

I customized my ini files to have great shadows but on character(even on npc) doesn't work.

Maybe its a problem with a sun mod???

I think they this jaggy for all of thus. It looks really terrible, and notice it very easily on NPCs sometimes.
It would be better if we could just disable shadows entirely on NPCs.

You don't notice it always. I don't notice it always. It depends on what time it is, and having certain armors or clothes displays it easier than others.

It's easiest to discover on the NPCs that have those barmaid-dresses I think.

It tends to draw your eyes to it, doesn't it?

Hey guys...

If im not wrong in Oblivion there was an option to tick off Shadows on Self, is that right?
If so, cant we take off the shadows on self in Skyrim?
