Jak & Daxter PS3 Collection : Othor Games

Update: Sony Computer Entertainment America has responded to our request for a statement, confirming that the Jak & Daxter Trilogy -- referred to by SCEA as Jak & Daxter Collection -- is indeed real.

What did SCEA have to say? "We can confirm the Jak and Daxter Collection is coming and will have more news to share shortly."

:D Great news for Jak & Daxter fans. I'm not a huge fan myself but I did enjoy the previous games.

I loved the Jak & Daxter games, going to be good to get to play them all again, I just wonder if it'll be HD like rumored. I've got to tell my friend now, we're big fans of the series.

Wish I had a PS3 just for the PS2 games. I loved this series as a kid.

I was a huge fan of the Jak and Daxter series. Unfortunately I don't have a ps3, only an xbox 360.

Day 1 buy from me. Only behind RnC when it comes to my favourite Sony exclusives and I've been wishing for this for a while. Can't wait

Another reason for me to get a PS3, I better add it to the list:
1- God of War 3
2- Uncharted series
3- Ico/Shadow of the Colossus Collection
4- Jak and Daxter Collection

Unless my backwards compatible PS3 croaks I probably won't bother with this one, I bought the first three games used for under $10 total over the summer. I did buy the God of War HD collection while already having the PS2 versions but I think those games lend themselves more to a graphical upgrade than Jak and Daxter will. Probably going to look into several of the other HD collection that have come out/are coming out soon; I've been holding off on getting some older PS2 games to spring for the HD remakes.

I've been hearing some damn good things about the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus Collection. I had a PS2 before I moved onto my Xbox 360 and had the amazing pleasure of playing Shadow of the Colossus, it is pure art. That game along with finishing the story of Kratos are enough reasons for me to contemplate getting a PS3.
