No glitch here. With 100 Achemy skill and all relevant perks, this poison:

Causes 6480 points of poison damage. Decrease the target's Magicka regeneration by 100% for 162 seconds. Drain the target's Stamana by 292 points. Drain the target's Magicka by 97 points.

You can one shot Alduin on Master difficulty with this poison. Interesting how the ultimate power comes from Alchemy. You can only get one Jarrin Root unless you have Sinderion's Serendipity, so save the game and then keep crafting it untill you get 2.

You get Crimson Nirnroot from Blackreach and Jarrin Root from Astrid to kill the Emperor by poisoning his food but you can just kill him with your weapon instead.

Yup I got 2 super-damage health potions, and since the poison lasts for twice as many hits, I could pretty much one-shot 4 ancient dragons or something. You can get a better magnitude then listed though, because that site isn't factoring in that a falmer helmet and circlet stack on each other so you get 5 pieces of gear with a 29% boost.

Over 7,000 damage.

This is because Jarrin Root has a x100 magnitude multiplier. http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Jarrin_Root

Nice. 3 helm stacking and necromage vampire might be able to break 10k.

I thought it was factoring in the crafting loop except for the Falmer helmet glitch.

That's.....amazing.

I didn't even know Jarrin root could be used in alchemy, I just assumed it was a quest item.

I'm going to spawn Jarrin Roots with console and drop 10k gold onto some lucky bastards inventory. Because I should be able to buy this [censored].

Very powerful indeed but there is only one sample of Jarrin Root in the game so at most you can make 2 poisons.

Your average dragons have a high resistance to poisons. I do not see you having much of a chance in using it against Alduin.
