the title says most but it would be a close-medium range gun that fires high powered javelins (or spears) that could 1 hit a deathclaw, the ammo for it would be normal, the cheapest but still very expensive, explosive, sending damage to targets around the point of impact and electrical which would stun the targets around the point of impact (and theyd drop like when rex sometimes hits things)
