The blood on the ice never started for me so I just waited for a fix so I join legion before doing the blood on the ice quest got the patch 1.4 for the PS3 but still the quest wont start so I can never get the windhelm houes!?! Is this because all the windhelm guards get replaced by imperial guard? and if so why would it matter if they imperial or windhelm guards.
