Hello all,

*possible spoiler alert*

I recently finished the BoS joining quest that involves killing the Van Graffs and was allowed to join the BoS by Elder Hardin (after helping him overthrow McNamara). After choosing the dialog options to join the BoS and obtain Power Armor training, I now face an issue where all NCR affiliated camps shoot me on sight (even with NCR armor on) and the NCR has disappeared from the reputation list in the PipBoy (all NCR camps show "Neutral" despite being Accepted/Liked before joining the BoS). THis creates an issue with completing the remaining NCR quests in the main story line and also the amnesty related quests from the Ambassador on the Strip. My question is this:

Is this a result of the reputation or faction armor bug or is my game now fubar since I do not have a save from before I joined the BoS?

This occurs on the Collector Edition F:NV for the Xbox360 with the patch.
