Joining multiple guild idea

I know there have been these topics before but I was just thinking about it so I apologize if this is redundant.

Different people have different takes on if you should or should not be able to join and lead all of the guilds (Companions, College, Thieves, Dark Brotherhood) and normally I don't think it is a good idea. But then I thought it would be ok to be able to join all of the guilds if they did this:

1. Bring back Fame/Infamy. (was in both MW and OB iirc)
2. Bring back skill requirements for ranks in a guild (like in MW)

This way, depending on your character, you could try to become the head of each guild, but skill requirements and fame/infamy requirements would make it more difficult. Doesn't make sense for a good, non-sneaky warrior to become head of the dark brotherhood.

So for example in the Companions. To rise in the ranks you would have to have at least 2 combat skills at a certain skill level. None to join, maybe 25 in two combat skills for apprentice level rank and X amount of fame, 50 in two combat skills for adept level rank and Y amount of fame, etc....

Companions might need higher amounts of fame to rise in ranks compared to the College or Thieves guild. And the Dark Brotherhood would need high levels of infamy to rise in the ranks. So if you did to many good things, gaining fame, you would have a harder time rising in the Thieves and Dark Brotherhood. And too much bad, gaining infamy, harder to rise in Companions and College.

The reason I think fame/infamy would be a good addition to requirements to gain ranks in the guild is eventually you could get 100's in enough skills to lead each guild, but being a goody goody guy and having high sneak and light armor just doesn't seem to be enough when rising in the Dark Brotherhood. It, in a way, incentivizes you to play a character that makes sense for the guild(s) you want to join.

Anyway, just an idea I had and wanted to share.

Agreed, the thought of goody two-shoed heroes becoming the Listener is quite upsetting to say the least.
