Joining the brotherhood : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm on the mission where I'm trying to join the brotherhood of steal. I'm told that I have to go to blackmountain and put in a bug. I don't know how to get into the 2nd floor of the building because I don't have a key. Does anyone have any tips on where to find the key?

behind the staircase. theres a little pile. it has a key in it. nuff said

Wow my quest to join the BOS is quite different, mine involves me pretty much committing suicide, have died 10 times so far.
