Hi,

much earlier in the game, I did a couple quests for Tullius with the expectation that I don't have to join the Legion. So when he asked me to take the oath, I declined.

Well, now I'm supposed to organize the peace treaty, and the only dialogue option he has is to make me take the oath, which automatically started the Jagged Crown quest. According to the UESP wiki, there are some bugs associated with starting the army quests and the peace treaty (but it doesn't specify what). So what are my options? Should I organize the treaty now -OR- finish the Jagged Crown and then organize the treaty -OR- finish the Legion quests?

I've had a looot of buggy quests so I'd really like to wrap this up with minimal reloads...
