Picked the game up the other day and have been having a pretty good time thus far, but I do have a couple questions and was hoping you guys might be able to help me out.

-There is a character option in the 'abilities' screen that allows you to scrap your character's abilities and pick new ones, but at the cost of ~one level~. Does that refer to a level as in my level out of 20? Or does that refer to my currency used to buy aforementioned abilities?

-Are there damage or rank progression charts that have been made yet?

Just a couple things that I was wondering about, if anyone could shed some light it would be real appreciated, thanks.

It refers to your level. As soon as you get that level back, you get the ability point back to spend on whatever you want.
