Why would you ever want to eat two decade old chips?

Pickles maaaaaybe, depending on their preservation, but it seems like an entirely not-worth-it risk. The soda is probably arguably "safe," but will also probably arguably spend about two seconds inside your system.

My little brother unknowingly ate several-year-old pringles, once. Hilarious for the rest of us, not so much for him.

Coke used to have drugs in it, that was a lot longer than 20 years ago. It will probably taste like regular coke unless it uses real sugar instead of corn syrup.

The pickles are probably really bitter and/or fermented.

Coca ? cocaine

Pemberton called for five ounces of coca leaf per gallon of syrup, a significant dose; in 1891, Candler claimed his formula (altered extensively from Pemberton's original) contained only a tenth of this amount. Coca-Cola did once contain an estimated nine milligrams of cocaine per glass, but in 1903 it was removed.[30] Coca-Cola still contains coca flavoring.

Looks like you're safe.

I recently found a coffee post at my grandmas house which she said my great grandmother brought from Lebanon in the early 1920's.

The answer is: Do not take the chance after so many years.

On the chance someone will say go ahead and you will try it and then get sick, I think closing this with that advice is good enough. Sorry.
