Was wandering outside of Primm when a Bunch of Power Gangers appeared and one initiated converstation. Saying "You'll pay what you did to the powder gangers!"

First time thats ever happened to me. Is this because of the patch? Or did things just mess up before?

I've had that happen pre-patch, but they seem to only spawn at that one spot south, uh, east of Primm towards the scavenger's cave.

There's one specific cliff where they seem to always ambush you.

Just pull out Lucky (unique .357 revolver) with hand loader ammo and blow their heads off in one or two shots. Powder Gangers are easy as pie. You just have to take down the ones with dynamite in their hands first.

Lol powder gangers are a joke. They can be killed more easier than a Bloatfly.

It might be a scripted occourence if you leave Primm through that side of town. They have been there on my previous playthroughs. I just like the powder gangers because they are free xp

Oddly enough, I've actually seen Powder Gangers fighting Bloatflies, and it's always a close match

Edit: back on topic. OP, did you thank the Powder Gangers for bringing you free stuff? Usually I have to go track them down. The delivery service is nice.
