I'm sitting here working on a new, different Nord then what I played in Oblivion.. and the start of Skyrim. I'm going with Light Armor/Two-Handed > Heavy Armor/One-Handed+Block.

I was hoping there would be some kind of perk to make TH attacks a bit faster like the OH Perk: "Dual Flurry - Dual wielding attacks are 20% faster."

What I ask? Is why.. why is there no special perk for TH to make your already redonkulously slow Attacks a wee lil faster? Comeon...

I understand TH has the "Sweep" Perk.. but still. What do you guys/gals think? Should there have been a perk to make Two-Handed Attacks faster?

No, because that's the point of 2h, slow powerful attacks, 1h is about quick, weaker attacks.
