Its not the hardest thing to do in the world... i wouldent get that exited, your far from the first person to do it (but that doesint stop it from being cool il admit)

If your a Khajit and you have the perk that lets punching do more damage with heavy armor on, its suprisingly easy. I use my fists as a secondary wepon and regulairly do dungeons using only my fists, just for fun.
