Are you on PC and have Win7?

Go to your save folder, find the save file, right click it and go to properties. See if there are any previous versions saved. You might get lucky.

That's the only piece of advice I have for you though.

What level was he? Also that's why you have more than 1 save for each character. So far I have 2 characters and each one has about 10 saves.

Yeah, the level 53 is a heavy armor type, so I guess I'll get that Heavy Armor weighing nothing perk and level my sneak using the greybeards so I can have a sneaky character.

He was level 70, pure sneak master.

When I save the game I do it about 10 times. I don't create any new saves I just save over the saves for them.

While I'm sympathetic to your plight (I just had a similar problem in Mass Effect 3 and had to revert to a three-day-old save), I think that any constructive advice has already been given in this topic and it's spam-spam-spam from hereon in. I'm therefore locking it before it gets any more ... uh ... Minecrafty.
