Everything in my game is english which is what I want but for some reason the bannered mare is italian, when I walk to the door it says "La Giumenta Bardata" I do have mods installed but do you know mods that conflict with languages?

Only one way to find out - disable everything and see if it changes back. Turn them back on in groups to find the culprit.

That changed the Riverwood inn's name for me.

It was the populated cities mod it's a shame it was actually a good mod. Thanks for the help
