Nothing major to report on my end, either. I did run into the quicksave/autosave thing, of course, but I never, ever, ever rely on a quick or autosave as my primary method of saving. I'll use it before doing something that I'm unsure of (can I kill those enemies without dying? Can I steal this item without getting spotted? etc etc) so that I can quickly reset, and obviously I had to use manual saves for that until the patch. But whenever I'm going to turn off the game, or whenever I've finished something major like clearing out a big nest of enemies or completing a quest, I use a manual save. That's not just for Fallout, but for any game in general that uses this kind of save system.
As for other bugs or glitches, like I said, nothing major. I slow-mo killed a mole rat once and watched it sink into the ground. In Goodsprings, a random settler got stuck inside the bar in the saloon. As I was walking to Nipton, I found some ants that had killed a scorpion and one of them was stuck inside the scorpion so I couldn't kill it (the same thing happened a couple of times with radroaches stuck under debris in FO3, so that's nothing new). In Novac, as part of a certain quest where "something" is killing the brahmin, that "something" was just standing outside the pen all day and night, and it was marked as Friendly (this in no way prevented me from completing the quest).
Really, nothing that you don't occasionally see in Fallout 3.
