Kajiit marriages?

Post » Wed Jun 13, 2012 9:40 pm

This may've been asked before, and it's something that should perhaps be fixed in a patch, but how come there are no Kajiit marriage partners in Skyrim?

They didn't put it in, nobody knows why.
Odds are they'll add in some Khajiit NPCs to marry at some point.

Why marry one Khajiit if I can live with four without some stupid ceremony?

I`d love to see a Khajiit and an Argonian getting married - I wonder what their kids will look like

from what i have read Khajiit and argonians are enemies so a marrage would be extremly taboo

Exactly like the mother according to TES lore.

Hmm, most Khajiit you meet in Skyrim are wandering merchants, and none of them are looking to settle down. It could be that all the female khajiit that will talk to you are also already married.

Not really. Yeah, there's a bit of rivalry in Leyawiin, but other than some offhanded comments and jokes played against each other in that one city, there is no indication the two races hate each other.

why wasn't I told?

EDIT: But seriously, I can understand that the devs would want to avoid possible bad rep because of having it in.

Well, poor Khajiit are social outsiders in Skyrim. Hope for a climate change in Skyrim one day. At least there's a mod called http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=7713 which adds some Khajiit to marry (they have human voices due to lacking marriage dialogues for Khajiit).

yh. I'll support this thread.

My second to main character is a Khajiit. I have been using him the most lately. I am well gutted there aren't any options to marry. I'm missing out on all that free money. I'm not going to marry a different race as that just doesn't seem very ethical. I'm have no desire for bestiality and a lizard with a cat.... OMG!!

They should allow marriage to someone from one of the caravans

If you are only for the money, then why race is so important? ;)

Exactly like the mother according to TES lore.

It's The race of the mother with some features of the Father, but that's just with both Men and Mer,
there has been no recorded offspring's from beast race's with other than their own race.

OT : I would like a Marriageable Khajiit to be added so I could complete my plans I have had before the game released, having a Khajiit wife for my Main character was one of them :|

Only person I got married now is my Female Khajiit to Derkeethus o.o

So, if your female character gets pregnant, what does that do to your stats?

Whoa there sir, me and you both want the same thing but at least hide your desperation ._.
Begging for any fictional character to marry is a bit weird, Humanoid cat or not. o.o
