Hi everyone I just got Keening from the Arniel's Endeavor quest and I noticed that it has no charges in it. Does anyone know how to recharge it?

No, it's a lore reference; the comments that Arniel makes when you bring it back to him coupled with the state that it's in strongly suggest that either its enchantments have been damaged or that they don't work properly in absence of the Heart. (You don't die from wielding it without Wraithguard either, which reinforces this interpretation.)

So, the Nerevarine broke Keening when he/she killed the Heart of Lorkhan?

Or perhaps it has simply de-energized because the enchantments on the heart were removed and/or it hasn't been used to attune them for a long time. (In essence, you can only recharge it with the Heart - which is no longer around.)

Everyone keeps saying wraithguard, but I swore Keening only worked with something called Sunder?

It's been so long since I played Morrowind..

no, you needed wraithguard to hold one of the weapons.

Sunder DLC now. I wanna dual wield them.
