armor: all heavy imperiall (increasing one handed skill and health regeneration/ stamina regeneration) ring and amulet increasing one handed skill

primarily i use the nord battlecry to make enemies flee as i laugh and cut them
shouts: marked for death

A sword which heals your enemies is just stupid and doesn't fit Kenpachi at all.
Just don't enchant it at all and don't upgrade it via Smith skill and it's enough.
Also, Kenpachi is unarmored.
Just sayin'!

Who is this Kenpachi?

He's one of the "Bad ass" character in the Anime called Bleach. He is well known for enjoying the fight, to find someone who can even hurt him. He actually is disappointed if his opponent doesn't last long.
He's a gaint among the other characters, he's all about raw "spiritual power", he never learnt to communicate with his sword and has thus never learnt any of the powers that come with it.
All he has is raw power but since he has so much raw power he is still consider one of the most powerful among the characters.

So yeah, none of his stuff should be enchanted and if it is, You wouldn't be able to play him properly if he was unarmored imho, so a skimpy mod would help here. Most definitely need to be smithed to be upgraded.
Any Enhancements should be regeneration and armor and resistance bonus'. However his sword should most definitely not be enchanted, it's a ragged mess of a sword.

With an enchantment of healing his enemies, that actually sounds like Hanatarō Yamada Sword. So totally off base if i'm honest.

He should have a frenzy enchantment, his shear power makes his enemies beserk!

Kenpachi should use an iron one handed sword. It's not a katana, but close enough in terms of stats. His sword is really beat up too, so you could dull it down a bit with enchantments like you did before too. Also no armor! Then only invest in HP when you level up.
