Is there a third Khajit follower I already know J'zargo and kharjo because i have them recruited for the blades and trying to find a third one

Those are the only 2 as far as I'm aware.

There might be more, but these are the only two I've found-

There is one with the khajiit caravan that stops outside of Riften and Windhelm. You need to do a quest for him first though.

Another is an apprentice at the College of Winterhold.
