Til I thought, my Khajit needs to redeem his people in the eyes of the Nords. =P

Good reason to join or nay?

You could also argue that the Empire seem to have a lot of prejudice against the Khajiit entering cities, which would be another factor. :P

ahaha this is what I was going to say. It's as good a reason as anything else I can think of.

No more so than Nords. They aren't allowed in any city no matter who is in charge.

How does this redeem the Khajiit race in the eyes of Empire-supporting Nords?

That and, what are the Khajiit redeeming themselves for anyway? they didn't do crap directly to the Nords, the (majority of) Nords are just completely racist.

Khajiit caravans are not allowed into cities because of their contribution to the skooma trade. J'Zargo was able to enter Stormcloak-controlled Winterhold and join the college at some point, so apparently law-abiding Khajiit are allowed in cities.

The (majority of) Nords don't even say racist stuff in the game, so where do you get this generalization from? Anyway, the Khajiit have built a reputation up throughout Tamriel as thieves and drug-dealers. Unfair, yes, (as unfair as saying Nords are mostly racists) but that would probably be what OP is referring to.

Yeah, the majority of Nords believe Khajits too be honorless, while the Empire supporting Nords will say it isn't the RIGHT thing to do, they would most likely even say its the worst thing you can do, even they will say its the honorable thing to do, if you help the Stormcloaks in the civil war, if you as a Khajit help the Stormcloaks win, you'll prove your kind are highly honorable despite the Empire looking down upon you as a "terrorist" persay.

That is how I see it anyway.

More like J'Zargo is allowed into the College of Winterhold. (which all races are) The 'city' of Winterhold itself isn't much of a city anymore there is only about 8 people living there. Either way saying that Khajiit aren't allowed in only Empire controlled cities is flat out wrong.

The only non-caravan Khajiit I've seen are J'Zargo and the cook at the Thalmor embassy.
