First time I've never got a dragon soul after killing a dragon. Is this normal? Is it just blood dragons? This was the first time I'd ever had anything but a named dragon or just "Dragon"....

I could be wrong here but I think its a bug that came with the new patch. I haven't had this problem but I have had a problem with getting a soul from a dragon I never even killed

I'm not patched.... very strange....
