Dam, i killed Elda the candle hearth hostess, that bard, several merchants, the cruel seas, the dark elves in Windhelm and a few other NPCs in several villages, whiterun and solitude. Now i want them back and i have a list of the NPCS that i want back. However when i typed player.placeatme the npcs are acting weirdly. Elda doesnt give me bed and food services, the merchants dont sell stuff and everything is a mess ><
What should i do!!!!!!

And this is my main character who finished all the mainquest, faction quests and 90% of all misc quests and daedric quests. I m at nearly the end of the game and i want this character to be my main once the DLC/new mods are out, since i cant play often now. But i need those npcs back!!!

If the original bodies are still around, you can click on them with the console active and type 'resurrect'.

Other than that, it's your own fault for swinging your weapon indiscriminately.

no they are dead before i even finish the main quest...
that was ages ago. I tried player.placeatme and then add those factions to them but no it doesnt work. And player.moveto gives me a blank screen

Load a pre-murderous rampage save, or start a new game and don't go on murderous rampages.

You could, probably, via console commands add NPCs back in the cities, but I predict that looking up the IDs, and carefully adding them one at a time via whatever console commands are required will probably send you into another murderous in-game rampage after doing it five or six times.

They are acting weird because a lot of them probably have various quest related-tags and the game is registering them as dead, so even though you have the innkeeper up and about, she's not the same innkeeper, so to speak.

nvm i got most of them back by using this command:

prid *ref id*
moveto player
enable
resurrect

then add their factions e.g. jobinnkeeperfaction
now everything is back to normal until i start a kill spree again
