I killed serena : V

She isn't actually dead but she is constantly getting damage to her health so she never gets up. It happened in the Atherium forge, I Fus Ro Dah her into the lava, she sunk to the bottom/disappeared, and I can't see her or detect her with detect the dead. Also when I fast traveled she didn't spawn near me. It is a good thing I have a save before though.

I left and waited she didn't come up probably because she is on the far side of the lava chamber, so she is completely immersed in lava, because of this she gets so much damage, she can't get up and she is covered in lava.
