Hey guys, so i completed the companions questline, and got the radiant quest, "Rescue Mission" from Vilkas. The thing is, i took him as a follower, and accidentally killed him while fighting bears or something. Soo, being on a PC, i used console commands to resurrect him. But the quest is marked as failed, and everytime i talk to the companions for work, they say im still running a job for vilkas, but the quest is failed. And i haven't done the quest, as in going into the cave and saving him. Should i do it? Is there any way to fix this?

have you tried console commands to force the quest to finish?

setstage "quest id" and 100
