I just went ahead and for the hell of it i killed Saphire when she was talking with the stables guy trying to blackmail him, to my surprise that didn't get a bounty on me the only one that got angry over it was Maul. Is this right or is there something wrong here? ( i have the quest to kill the "the kind", if that means anything).

Grelod the Kind has nothing to do with Sapphire.
