Kind of a weird question : Othor Games

Well yesterday I was at my friends house and he had a decent amount of people. One of those people that was there his girlfriend who I am also friends with, so the night went on shenanigans happened etc... well getting straight to the point I woke up in the middle of the night (well it was 6:37 AM I only went to bad an hour before that) anyways I hear some "sound effects" from my 2 friends who are in the relationship and I can not get these "sound effects" out of my head. Does anyone know a good way of getting certain memories or sounds out of your head?
