Hey so I'm pretty new at this whole creation kit, I have poked around and followed a few guides. what I would really like to know is if you could possibly integrate custom controls for the game. I got the idea from watching the kinect hack for skyrim, would it be possible to get that working with just the creationkit?

All I know is you'd need more than the Creation Kit.

Yes, the CK will change content in the game (and only some content - if you want new models and textures, you need additional programs). You'd need some more complicated coding to configure for new control inputs, and such.
