just before anything happens...

are there going to be loads of threads here about new dawnguard information and storyline information from the xbox beta testers? i really dont want anything spoiled about it, but thats just me. i dont know if others agree with me, but i just want to see if it will be discussed alot here so that i will know to stay off this part of the forums until a later date

thanks

what really!?

hahaha i'll feel sorry if there is a rare picked unsuspecting 13 year old skyrim player who got a key and leaked it all on youtube for a machinima partnership and views to be like a youtube celebrity

this is what confused me, we were able to talk about 1.6 beta because they were just features not questlines... but what really worries that IF features are still allowed to be posted then wouldnt there be threads going on about new weapons, armor, beasts and locations which can all be talked about IF they aren't linked in with any quests?

that to me is a major spoiler but Metalgod is right, i will stay off the forums until augest if i have a PC before then, then its a bonus and i will come back on earlier than expected

The agreement when u sign up for the beta doesn't allow you to post any information or else they have full rights to sue

They have to agree to an NDA to my knowledge, leaking info would result in Bethesda sueing them.

i will garuntee there will be at least one person out of all of them under the age of 16 that hasn't read the rules and ignored them and posted everything about it across the web

They can get sued if they talk about anything in Dawnguard or post pictures of anything in the game.

i won't have to look for it myself if on the general discussion board are thread titles saying: "the crossbows come in three different types", "i can't believe that the dawnguard are so weak!" you catch my drift?

btw ^ they are just random guesses i just posted there, i know nothing of dawnguard apart from what has been officially reviled

Nobody seems to understand- the people in charge of the forum can, and will, track you down should the need arise using your IP address, as well as other things gathered when you log on that you don't know about.

And yes, they can legally gather that, but have the decency not to tell you or stalk you.

I don't know about that, maybe the parents could get sued because the parents are held responsible for their children's actions in some cases.

I am sure their is some legal disclaimer where they take your personal information so they can try to avoid children getting the Beta.

I also don't know what precautions that Bethesda has taken because I did not sign to the beta, I know they the right to sue as this is their property.

I have seen cases that have fell back on the childs parents, and I know of one case where somebody had to pay back three thousand dollers to the city for running down a power pole and he was15 or 16. I dont remember which.

An individual could easily leak information in a *virtually* untraceable manner and have information all over the webs, but I really hope that doesn't happen. And as soon as the DLC is released, I'm staying AWAY from this site. I want to experience it all for myself first, no spoilers!

Know how if a person who is 16 or 15 with a permit can cause a car accident & then end up loosing lets say college funding that his/her parents have stored up?

Via U.S. law, this is possible. I'd recommend reading a few good books on socialism & U.S. law. The socialism would be to cloud out all of the bull-[censored] that is in the law books.
