Victor gets killed If Mr.House dies, Yes Man can be killed too (Doesn't matter if he's every protectron he dies too) they said it's only one character that doesn't die; remember they said "All but one" and that "one" is the player

But wasn't the question they were answering "Can you kill everyone in the wasteland?"
Technically the PC isn't even immune to that, you could kill everyone and then yourself.
