I looked in my swkotor2.ini thing and put the "Enablecheats=1" under Game options and it still didn't work. Also when I looked it up on youtube, in the video, the guy had tons more content in the swkotor2.ini thingy. Any knowledge and help on this would be appreciated.

Try making it Enablecheats = 1 with those spaces.

It said it cannot create the file and it asks for making sure the path and file name are correct.
