I'm after a Drainheart Sword for it's Absorb Stamina enchantment, and the wiki says to go to the Labyrinthian: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Drainheart_Sword

It says that the sword drops off Spectral Draugr yet, of the two locations within the Labyrinthian, neither have any spectral Draugr.

Anyone know what I do here?

I found a bunch while doing the college quest that makes you go there. Maybe they're only spawned while you're there on business.

Same here, found more than i could carry when doing the College related quest.

Do either of you guys know what/how long into the college quests it is? I dislike using magic so I'd rather not do a million missions.

Unfortunately it's nearer to the end of the questline, but there aren't really a whole lot of quests in that questline anyway. It's the 4th real dungeon you go to in the questline. Plus you don't have to use magic much at all. It's easier if you don't.
