There are no huge, multi-levelled areas to explore.
If we look back at F3, we had:
The Nuka Cola plant,
Red Racer factory,
Dunwich Building,
Yao Guai Tunnels,
Fort Constantine,
Fort Bannister,
Our Lady of Hope Hospital,
Statesman Hotel,
Anchorage Memorial,
Arlington Library,
Vault-Tec HQ,
Little Lamplight,
Bethesda Ruins,
LOB Industries,
Cliffside Caverns,
Hubris Comics,
Roosevelt Academy,
Chryslus Building
Capital Building,
History and Technology Museums,
National Archives
...all of which were huge, multi-levelled areas full of loot, visual gags and backstory.
Is there even one place in New Vegas that is as epic to explore as any of these?
All we have is 4 Casinos, some Vaults and an empty sewer.
I love how they did the Vaults in the game, but anyone else feel like the interior exploration is lacking?
